2nd blow of gathering event...

i am planning to gather ppl once again for a dinner like last time at "happy city" bbq steamboat... 

of course, this time i am planning to do a more simple and at the same time more enjoyable dinner... but right until now i still doest have any exact idea about where and wat should we have tis time around...

the first thing bothering is the time... coz some of our frens are working at the moment so in order of setting an exact timing that suit and satisfy everyone seems quite impossible...

i will try to work on it but at the same time i really hope that those who read this blog can give a suggestion or two to me whether wat is the most suitable day that we should have this event...

i plan to do it on next week so tell me as soon as possible...

the second thing, obviously, is the location... actually i myself think that as long as we are able to gather everyone, then any place is fine for me...

but still, seems that its such a important event, i think we cant just simply decide which restaurant we want to go... (as the uppersixscience is a democracy society, we respect others opinion... ==')

that's why i would like to hear opinions from u guys and gals according to a place that provide the following criteria:

1. cheap, the most important issue as some of our frens are jobless and ukur tanah at the moment...

2. stradegic, that means it is a place that wont trouble ppl from everywhere to gather

3. comfortable, u know wat i mean... like last time at the happy city there, keep on raining until we all getting half wet, will affect the mood... so suggest wisely...

4. variety of food, not a major factor actually, but in order to satisfy everyone then better have a place that provide a rich menu... wakaka... (plus some of us cant take beef, and we might call out malay frens and indian frens as well)

5. flow of ppl, we really dont want to reach there then being told that the restaurant is fully seated or fully booked... kindly include the time when u think that the particular place that u suggest will not be fully occupied, or even phone number if we can do any booking...

of course, hygiene and little things like good service is necessary too, but as i said, there is not important to follow strictly all the critirea, as long as u think that place is worth going to give it a try, just infom me here....

the next problem is plubicity... even through this blog i think i will only be able to inform 3 to 4 ppl... coz nt everyone (including some of the authors) is visiting this site frequently day to day (sad to say, some even dunno that there is such a blog exist)... 

but nvm, its ok... i need u guys and gals help to promote this event to ur frens... i myself will put an effort in it, and i hope the authors will play their part as well... 

so if u wish to voluntarily inform anyone, just post a comment here so we wont repeat the same information to the same person... ur effort is much appreciated...

and then, i am oso thinking not to restricted the invitation just for science stream de ppl onli...

we can ask those art stream de ppl out as well, but since we are not that close (i mean compare to our own gang) with them, i dunno in what way we can inform that large group of ppl in such a short time... 

so, i think i would onli able to contact keng wei, "gold fish", and "singing"... 

as for others like indu, zaireal, ee li, chee chuan, peng foong(???.... LOL) blah... blah... blah... i cant reach them coz i dun have their contact...

thus, if u think of inviting any of them, u are welcome to do so...  

lastly... i will just have a little prayer which hope that everyone show up in the event...

we miss out lemon catz, bmg, deepan, victor, sean, lau, dharul and mardhiah on our last gathering...

i hope tis time everyone will try to attend coz it was really hard for us to obtain a chance like tis and gather up for chit chatting, blowing water and such...
