Double room: RM360
Furnished with Bed,mattress,study table,wardrobe,ceiling fan,curtain,fridge,washing machine,dining table,water heater.

And i found the houses at ktar apartment and houses at East Lake too.
I will give u guys the further information after i get the numbers from my friend.
But for my information,the house at eastlake is much more cheaper than westlake which is place i and mz staying.But it will be a little inconvenience when you wanna find eat de things la.

This is information i get from my friend who stay in eastlake now.
5 rooms in a house.Usually they rent the whole house and share the rental together.
His room is sharing,which is RM130.So 2 ppl will be RM260.
Single room i forgot the rental liao,i will ask him again tml.
Furnished with bed,mattress,study table,wardrobe,washing machine,fan,dining table,sofa,streamyx.
Rental not include electricity and water.
